Commemoration of All Souls Day – Monday, November 2 at 9 AM – Mass will be offered for all the departed loved ones with Memorial Readings.
Memorial Envelopes In November in special way we pray for our departed loved ones. If you would like to include your departed relatives and friends in our prayer, write down their names on the displayed memorial envelopes. The memorial envelopes are placed in the vestibule next to the Bulletins. Please PRINT names.
First Responders & Veterans Appreciation Dinner will be held on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 12 till 2 PM at our Hall. Dinner is sponsored by Holy Mother of Sorrows church and is free of charge. To register call 570-654-0345 and leave a message!
ANS will make Pierogi for Christmas Eve (Wigilia) – Pierogi order sheet is placed in the church’s vestibule. $12 per dozen. Deadline to place orders is Nov. 1
Winter Clothing Drive continues. The United Y.M.S. of R. is calling on all to be Christ to your community! Needed: Articles of clothing to help the winter chill. Your Reward: A good deed that reflects the love of Jesus. Church Reward: Monetary Check to host a social gathering at your parish to spread fellowship. 1st Place $200.00, 2nd place $150.00, 3rd place $100.00. The drive will conclude Jan. 4, 2027.
